Background

I was born January 12, 1980 outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and have lived there my whole life. I am currently a senior at The University of Georgia, majoring in Environment and Design. I will graduate next August with a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture, and I would like to work for a firm dealing with multi-housing development.

I met Phano Som at an Athens GNC store, where he was working. I gave him the typical "How can I get big for 20 bucks?" line. We started talking, and after a few visits I think he knew I was serious about gaining some muscle size. So here I am a year later, I have listened to everything Phano has told me, read every book he's told me to read, eaten everything he's told me to eat, and trained with max intensity. I have gone from 137 to 180 in the past 12 months. Realize I had never lifted a weight until I met Phano.

I am now a certified personal trainer because I discovered that I have a passion for helping people achieving their fitness and health goals. I am currently training in hopes of entering a contest one day.Birthdate: January 12, 1980
