Amanda Weekes is an Australian weight loss blogger, soon-to-be Personal Trainer and first-time sports/fitness model competitor.

After losing 25kg (55 pounds), and blogging about her experience along the way, Amanda decided she wanted a real physical and mental challenge and is about to compete in her first ever sports/fitness modelling competitions starting in April 2012.

Amanda is extremely passionate about health and fitness and is a firm believer in taking a holistic approach to weight loss rather than quick fix solutions.

She enjoys inspiring others and can't wait to begin her career in Personal Training to pass on the knowledge she has learnt to others to motivate them to achieve not only the body, but the life of their dreams!
