Arnold's chest is the stuff of legend. Look to him for inspiration. Does your chest match his? Doubt it. Can your chest be as cut as his? With work, yes it can.
Your chest and back may still be a bit sore from the last workout, but don't let that enter your mind. Just push harder and harder to finish today. Today is all that matters.
