- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp natural almond butter
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 serving (2 scoops) NLA For Her: Her Whey, Vanilla Cupcake
- Measure out one cup of almond milk and pour into a blender.
- Add two scoops of whey into the blender.
- Add one banana to the blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon almond butter and a handful of ice. Blend all of the ingredients together and pour.
