How Did You Get Started?

I got started because I had older friends who had started going to the gym and I was impressed with the results they were having. I decided to go and work out with them because I was sick of being skinny.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

The routine that worked best for me was training five times per week hitting each muscle - once apart from arms, which I did twice a week and abs three.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

I just stick to a good diet which has worked. If you don't the workout sessions are much harder and your gains are slower.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

I only use creatine and Protein Powdersprotein shakes as I am still in school and don't have enough money to spend on too many supplements.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

I love bodybuilding as it is good to do in my spare time and makes me feel more confident about myself. I love the atmosphere in the gym also because people are always there to assist you if you are doing something wrong and I am always happy to show others.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I am planning on entering some junior comps in about a year or two depending on my progress. I want to work as a personal trainer as it is the only job that interests me and then I can make my own time to train.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

I would say just stick to it. Don't miss sessions and make sure every one of them is intense enough for you to break through your physical barriers.

My favorite bodybuilders are Arnie and Gunter Schlierkamp.
