How Did You Get Started?

Well I started working out for baseball which I still play and after seeing gains fast it kept me lifting more and more. After doing research on I quickly became hooked!

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

I go by the K.I.S.S. concept (Keep it simple stupid) I work out every body part on a different day once a week to ensure time for the most recovery and growth. I try to mix it up for something new.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Well I'm always changing how I eat. It's hard to maintain a steady diet at school but I do the best I can. At home I try to eat lean protein. I eat tuna and foods with high protein.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Whey Protein post-workout is what I do to kick start gains and make sure I'm feeding the muscle what it needs.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

You can't make a great body in one day. You have to work hard over many days and that is what makes it worth it for me. Not everybody can look how they want; they have to work for it.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on playing baseball as long as I can but who knows. If it doesn't take me as far as id like id keep working out and see how far I can go in Bodybuilding.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

You don't have to go to the gym or have your own home gym to form great muscles. I have some weights, a barbell, an old bench and dedication. I lift in my basement, I don't go to a fancy gym yet with a trainer I just build myself with what I have. Diet is key. If you eat junk your body will look like junk back. What you put into yourself is what you get out of it.

Well Jay Cutler is hanging all over my room and I'm a big fan of Ronnie Coleman too. They both do there time and it shows. There dedication is unmatched.
