How Did You Get Started?

I Got Started when I was 11 years old, and my brother started his freshman year in high school and he first started getting into weight-lifting. That then carried over right away to me. Then I started my career in weight-lifting and bodybuilding. As my starting plan as I was young, was 3-4 sets with 8 reps of every lift. I started with low weight at first. Monday-Friday I worked out and Saturday and Sunday were my break days. I alternated upper body and lower body every day. That's how I started and what I did to get going.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

Monday- Chest and Shoulders

    - Bench - 10,8,6,10 (pyramid)

    Example: First set of 10 you started at 135lbs then sets of 8 I would jump 10 pounds and do 145lbs. and then for set of 6 I put on another 10 pounds doing 155lbs. Then on the last set you return to 135lbs and do 10 reps (Move up 10 pounds every week in bench).

    - Dumbbell Bench- 4 sets of 10
    - Military Press- 3 sets of 12
    - Dumbbell Shrugs- 4 sets of 25 or too burn-out
    - Push-ups- 2 sets of burning out, **done last**
    - Close Grip Bench- 4 sets of 12
    *-Cameron Bar Bench- 4 sets of 12
    *-Negatives (bench)- 3 sets of however many you can do mainly aiming for 8-12 reps

**(Note)**( Cameron Bar bench was done every 3 weeks, and followed by negatives every3-5 weeks pending on if started stalling in bench or started losing reps.)

Tuesday- Legs

    Squat- 4 sets of 15
    Hip-sled (leg-press)-4 sets of 12
    Calf-raisers with weight around waist on doing them on stairs
    - Toes in than out than straight forward, doing 3 sets of each and burning out.

**I did more lifts for legs but I don't know the correct names for them.**

Wednesday- Arms and Back

Thursday - Break/ Relax

Friday - Chest/shoulders (same as Monday

Saturday - Stretch/relax/ run for 20minutes max

Sunday - Stretch/relax/ run for 20minutes max

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

What NOT to eat/drink: Pop/soda, Limited salt and sugars, hydrogenated-oils in food products and so much more.

What TO eat/drink: Concentrate on eating lean meat; mainly grilled chicken. Try to eat 3-5 chicken breasts (6-8 ounce portions) only grilled with no seasoning on the chicken. This way you are getting your protein value. Drink juices and lots of water, remember you're made of water so drink it!
