How Did You Get Started?
I originally got started weight training because of other sports and my cousin who is one of country's best bodybuilders told me to give the sport of bodybuilding a try, so I did. I started training in May of 2000 just a couple months away from my graduation. My first contest was the same weekend of my graduation. At that contest I placed 3rd in the Lightweight Class for two reasons: 1) I was a bantamweight 2) My muscles haven't matured like the other competitors. But knowing it was first contest I was happy that I beat out two other lightweights for the bronze, coming in a lighter weight. From then on I continued to love the sport and now I am the reigning Mr. Junior National Champion 2001-2002.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
It's the father sport of any sport, it keeps me in shape, the magazines keep me knowledgable about nutrition and exercise and it keeps me away from drugs and other stuff of that nature.

To become one of the great short bodybuilders like Lee Priest and make our country known for bodybuilding.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Without consistency there is nothing. You have to be consistent with everything, eating, training and sleeping to get gains.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
Lee Priest (we are the same height), Flex Wheeler (lines and muscle bellies out of this world) and Darrem Charles (his biceps peaks and his conditioning freaks me out).
