How Did You Get Started?
I first got started Bodybuilding when I graduated high school in order to start putting on some size, I ran cross-country in high school so was always pretty lean but I wanted to add some mass so I stopped running and started picking up the weights.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
My nutrition plan is very simple when I'm bulking I take in 2.0-2.5 grams of protein a day spread out between foods such as boiled eggs, grilled chicken, canned tuna, peanut butter and of course 2 protein shakes, 1 in the morning for my 2nd meal and one for my post-workout meal. Carbohydrates for my bulking phase go to 3.0-3.5 grams a day spread out honestly just between oatmeal and brown rice. I know it sounds like a poor variation in food but I LOVE oatmeal and brown rice and those are the only carbs I care to eat throughout the day.
As far as my nutrition for dieting for a show I cut back to 1.5-2.0 grams of protein a day and carbs are the main thing I slash during my diet. Depending on how long I have to get ready for a show depends how fast I will cut my carbs and how much, but I strongly believe low carb dieting is the best way to slash fat, I just make sure not to cut them too low so I don't flatten out and lose all of my hard earned muscle.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
My greatest gains come from my diet and hard work, not supplements. I believe too many people place too much emphasis on supplements. Yes glutamine and protein supplementation are a must and I have seen good increases in strength using the Andro 150 Poppers from Pinnacle but bodybuilding is all in the diet, whether it be bulking or cutting up for a show.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is not just a sport, bodybuilding is a way of life. I love bodybuilding because it combines knowledge, determination, discipline and devotion into molding your body into what society has deemed the perfect physique. Bodybuilding is a very gratifying lifestyle in which people can tell you apart from the rest of society. Anyone can have big arms and a big chest.
Anyone can look big when they have pants on and a tight shirt but when you strip down to your bikinis and have crowds of people watching your every pose and every muscle twitch, that's when you can tell who is a bodybuilder and who is just some guy who works out. Also any bodybuilder who thinks of bodybuilding as a hobby is not a bodybuilder, he is just a guy who works out.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
Right now my main concerns are fixing my problem areas on my body before I step up on stage again. Nobody is born with a perfect body and I am no different, but I know what I need to fix and how to do it. I'm still young I just need time to do it. My chest and back are my main areas that I need to work on as well as definition in my legs. As for the rest my body just lacks muscle maturity which I know will come in time. Patience is a virtue I think a lot of bodybuilders lack.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Patience and motivation are the 2 things that will help the most in the long run. Too many bodybuilders get unmotivated and impatient with results and jump to the quick conclusion of steroids as a solution to their problems. You can never get unmotivated or impatient when it comes to bodybuilding, you'll drive yourself insane.
Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?
My 3 favorite bodybuilders of all time are Stan McQuay, Lee Priest and Phillip Ricardo. Stan McQuay for his absolutely awesome physique and charisma with the ladies. Lee Priest for his bad boy of bodybuilding attitude, with a body nothing short of incredible. Phillip Ricardo for one of the nicest, most inspirational, and motivating bodybuilders I have ever known, and the man I thrive to beat every day I am in the gym.
