How Did You Get Started?
When I was in 7th grade I weighed 85 lbs. I started training around 8th grade for football, but I got addicted and began training seriously about 2 years ago.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I'm currently using a push/pull routine for mass building. I do 1 exercise 3 sets 6-8 reps per body part.
- Mon: chest, shoulders, tris and abs
- Tues: legs, back, bis and calves
- Wed: rest
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I have about 200-225 protein grams a day and experiment with my carbs.
What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
I take protein shakes and bars. For shakes it doesn't make a huge difference, but for bars the only one I can swallow is a Detour, those things are freakin' good! I also get good results from: creatine (Cell-Tech is my favorite if I can afford it), glutamine, amino acids and NO2.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding helped raise my self-esteem, confidence and helps me release stress. It helps with the ladies, which doesn't hurt either.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am considering entering a contest but I think I need a little more work before I do.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Stay focused and don't get lazy.
