How Did You Get Started?
When I was 13, I entered a gym near my house in my small town, and under the guidance of the many people that I met at the gym and in bodybuilding, I have become addicted by the bodybuilding bug.
What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?
I try to vary things but right now this has worked for me, with usually 8 to 10 reps:
Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back/Biceps
Saturday - off
Sunday - off
- Deadlift 3 sets
- Lat Pulldown 4 sets
- Seated Cable Row 3 sets
- Standing Barbell Curls 4 sets
- Preacher Curls (with dumbbells) 2 sets
- Tricep Press down 4 sets
- Dips (weighted) 2 sets
- Squats 4 sets
- Leg Curl 2 sets
- Leg Extension 2 sets
- Seated/Standing Calve Raises 6 sets total (3 sets each)
- Seated Military Press (dumbbells) 3-4 sets
- Shrugs 3 sets
- Lateral Raises 3-4 sets
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I have high protein meals six times a day. I do not have the budget for expensive supplements. I eat lots of chicken and fish.

All kinds of protein supplements. Again, on a low budget.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding for the people that I have come to meet, and the excitement that comes with pushing myself to the limit.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I hope to win some day the Mr. Argentina and then with the right sponsorship make it to international competitions. My immediate goal is to save money for a trip to Venice Beach.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Don't give up on your dreams. It is easy to be distracted.
