How Did You Get Started?

I was always too skinny and my brother always got tons of attention because he was so muscular. So I hit the weights and I entered a competition at the age of 17 and placed 4th. I am all-natural and for my age it's pretty good to place as one of the youngest teenage bodybuilders. I workout in my basement, which I consider my dungeon. I also lift with my brother. I am trying to get certified as a trainer and going to attend Pace University in the fall.

What Workout Plan Worked Best For You?

My workout splits aren’t written in stone. Depending on the intensity of the previous workout and how my body is feeling, I will adjust this, but my routine is as follows:

  • Mon: Chest/Legs/Shoulders
  • Tue: Back/Biceps/Legs
  • Wed: Off
  • Thu: Chest/Legs/Shoulders/Triceps
  • Fri: Back/Biceps/Legs
  • Sat: Off
  • Sun: Off
I also do abs 5 times a week.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Protein is a main priority. I try to eat at least 1 gram per pound of bodyweight every day. I eat a lot of tuna fish out of the can after my workouts. I also eat a lot of chicken and fish. I drink pretty much only water and enough to make my urine clear. Grilled chicken is good too.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

A Multi-Vitamin every day.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

It keeps me motivated and spreads through every aspect of my life. "Champions train, losers complain."

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on competing in some different competitions throughout my time in college.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Remember that maximum tension builds strength, so keep tension high through your reps, do not just go through the motion.

Who Are Your Favorite Bodybuilders?

Frank Zane, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Peter Kostaras are my favorite bodybuilders.
