How Did You Get Started?
Well, it was 2 years ago and my brother bought a bench so he could start lifting. At first, I really couldn't lift much and I got frustrated so I pushed myself every week. About 4 months after lifting, I started to see results so that motivated me even more. I went from lifting 110 lbs to lifting 250 lbs in 6 months.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?
NONE! That's right - I stay away from all them supplements out there. The reason is because I want to prove that one can achieve to lift and build his/her body without taking protein shakes, creatine, or steroids. I think that one who takes supplements doesn't have confidence in himself. A true bodybuilder only needs his weights.
Why do you love Bodybuilding?
I love bodybuilding because I like the challenge of pushing up weights beyond my expectations. Bodybuilding helps me to push myself up when I'm down sometimes.

My plans are pretty simple - to keep doing what I've always been doing and to become a personal trainer.
What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?
Believe in yourself. The only way to get results is to lift and get plenty of rest. Results will show as long as goals are kept.
