I got started just messing around in my garage with a 50 lb. barbell. I soon learned to love the burn and build of lifting. I've since done hours and hours of researching supplements, and lifting tips to see what was best. I set up a good workout program and have stuck to it.

I'm not real sure. I plan to keep lifting all my life. I'll just keep with the competitions until my skin is wrinkled.

EVERYONE has lulls, the thing that separates bodybuilders from wimps is dedication. Anyone can walk into a gym, and throw some dumbbells around, but never work at it. So just don't stop, keep learning and share your experience with others.
