How Did You Get Started?
I started lifting when I stopped playing sports in High School. I felt like a waste not doing anything at all so I went to the gym. I loved weightlifting from then on. It is a lifestyle and takes some discipline but leads to great results in health and looks.

- Day 1 - Chest, Abs
- Day 2 - Biceps, Triceps, Forearms
- Day 3 - Legs, Calves, Abs
- Day 4 - Back and Shoulder
- Day 5 - Off
What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?
I work out at 6:00 AM before work, followed by a protein shake. Balance bar at 10:00 AM, lunch at 12:00. I have a Protein shake at 5:00 PM, and another at 11:00 PM before bed. To fill in I eat anything and everything to gain Weight. I eat 3 meals a day and one good snack late at night.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?
Bodybuilding is not just a sport or routine, it is a lifestyle that you adhere to. Every day you must keep a watchful eye on what you eat and when you eat it. Also, you must keep a routine of lifting and maintain that discipline. Bodybuilding not only makes you look better, you feel better about yourself and in all situations you have more confidence.
What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?
I am planning on doing an amateur competition in the fall when I am at college. Hopefully my twin and I will be able to train together for competition and compete against one another.

Dedication. One simple word that turns to an action that is not so simple. You have to be motivated and dedicated to show up every time and not quit.
