My cousin John moved up to my house and was big into lifting weights. When he moved back home he left his weight set for me and I have been enjoying it everyday.

What Nutrition Plan Has Worked Best For You?

Well, for me, I have a really high metabolism and am a hard gainer, so I try to consume as much protein (around 150 or so grams) and as much carbs for my energy (around 200 or so) as possible. So, I pretty much eat my house out of food.

What Supplements Have Given You The Greatest Gains?

Well, I haven't tried many supplements, but I like whey protein.

Why do you love Bodybuilding?

At first bodybuilding was just to pass my time, but I soon grew to love it. It relieves me from any worries or thoughts throughout the day (you only think about doing the rep right) and it also gives me a feeling of accomplishment when I start looking in the mirror and it isn't the same old puny guy looking back.

What Are Your Future Bodybuilding Plans?

I plan on getting in better shape constantly and never quitting. I would like to become a personal trainer because then I would be able to do what I love doing plus help others.

What One Tip Would You Give Other Bodybuilders?

Well, there is plenty of tips to give but here is only one: never be afraid or hard headed to try new workout plans and techniques, you never know what will work better for you because everyone develops differently and in different ways. Always be acceptive to different workout plans and techniques.
