I bought this to try it out. I didn't realize it was only 5g of collagen so I had to take 2 scoops to meet the recommended dosage of 11-15g per day so that was a bummer. I also had a an issue with it clumping when I mixed it with protein. Even if I mixed it really well, it would still clump and the texture would be gross. It also caused the protein powder, or what ever liquid, to foam really bad when you shook it. I did see improvement in my skin though. I would plan on 30 days and don't mix it with protein.
