Directions For Gluten Free Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix:
Directions to prepare two 4-inch pancakes:
Heat pancake griddle or waffle machine to 375F (medium heat).
Mix 1/2 cup of mix and 1/4 cup water in a bowl. Stir with a fork or whisk (Do not overmix. For best results, use batter immediately).
Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle.
Cook pancakes 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
For thicker pancakes add less water. For more protein: Add an egg and milk.
Warnings: Store in a dry location at room temperature.
