Used this last night for a late night workout and loved that it is caffeine free. Felt good energy and didn’t interrupt my sleep.
It doesn't taste very good, but what pre-workout does? It obviously feels different since it isn't full of caffeine and other stimulants, but the pump from this stuff is nothing short of amazing. I pulled my shirt off and looked in the mirror and was stunned. Also definitely boosted my strength.
This is my first pre-workout I have purchased. It’s so sweet I find it hard to drink and the artificial sweetness like crystal light I can’t stand. Would rather see light use of normal sugar. Pump seems no different than normal. No added focus felt. Definitely feel the Itching from the beta alinine. Non caffeinated so Hasn't kept me up after my evening gym sessions.
This is a very good product when combined with caffeine. It kicks in 20-30 minutes after you drink it, but when it it with a caffeinated BCAA I felt like they blended together nicely. On it's own it's ok but I wouldn't say it's enough. Maybe I am too used to stim preworkouts. The only reason I'm not giving it a 10 rating is because it's missing a key ingredient, but if you're specifically looking for a caffeine free preworkout then this product is easily a 10.
Actually, I bought this product through another website But i am happy to see this product here at bodybuilding and i would like to be the first reviewer because i love it so much, please be noted that no one told me to review it In reality, i tried two high quality pre-workouts that are very highly rated, the top and the most one to see the results was Genius pre workout, the strange thing, that is without caffeine i get the full energy and concentration with high pump. i highly recommend it and advise everyone to try it and see the results

Directions For Genius Pre: As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop in 14 oz of water & drink 15-30 minutes before a workout.
