Directions For CreaVate:
Powder: As a dietary supplement, take one scoop with 6-8 oz of water or fruit juice 30 minutes prior to workout and again 30 minutes after workout. On non-workout days, take one scoop with 6-8 oz of water or juice in the morning. Always take with plenty of water.
Capsule: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 capsules) 30 minutes prior to exercise and another serving 30-90 minutes after exercise, with or without food.
