Reactive Sling Shot

Had been stuck at a working weight of 185 and max of 205 on the flat bench. A guy at the gym recommended this so I bought one. Started working with 205 and 225 with a max of 245 for 2 reps right out of the package. I like that it keeps your elbows from flaring out. Definitely the perfect aid for those trying to break a plateau.

I bought the "Original" in Large. It was too small but worked very well for pushups, so I kept it. The reason I bought it was to help protect my right shoulder, I had an operation for a tear which happened while bench pressing 230. I had done 270, so it surprised me when the rotator ripped. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to bench again, at least not without pain. Long story short: I bought the "Reactive" in XL. It fits perfectly. I used it for the first time this morning and benched 110 with no pain at all. Bottom line: it was worth the money. Just make sure you get the right size. Think of going slightly larger than what the size charts says you should use. For what it's worth, that's my experience. Onward!

By far a must have if you wanna increase your bench pressing! I had a tendency to flare out my shoulders too much while bench pressing, thus, putting more strain on my left shoulder and causing in an impingement when I went heavy. I came across this and decided to give it a try. I have to say it lives up to its name. Keeps my elbows tucked in and forces your pecs to do the work. My shoulder strain has dissipated and my pecs have definitely gotten stronger. Triceps also get activated more which is great since that was a lagging muscle for me. I highly recommend to anyone looking to push past a plateau or has any history of shoulder pain. definitely helps out a lot!

Really pleased with this purchase. Needed to increase my benches for competition coming up in 2 months. The sling shot was suggested and I was willing to try anything that might remotely work. Been using this product regularly since I got it my bench has gone up a good 50 lbs, was so pleased with mine I bought my gym buddy one as well. But definitely be sure to get the right size because if you get one to big it won't work correctly.

Getting into power lifting and training seriously, my bench has been a huge sticking point for me. Using this along with working to perfect my form has helped me break my own PR's. I had to take several months off from training due to injury. Getting back into lifting a month ago my bench was stuck at 205 for 6-8 reps. I am now already up to 270 for 6-8 reps. This thing works and if you really focus on your technique it will help even more.

Has helped a lot for me to work my way back from shoulder surgery,still on my way back but slingshot does just what it says it will do.

The sling shot is a miracle worker. It has helped me to lift heavier weight on the bench with ease, occasionally helping me when I have some shoulder issues as well. Takes the stress of the shoulder. It has also helped me lift more weight even when I don't use it. I use the blue sling shot because of my very long arms. I highly recommend it to assist you with your bench press if you'd like to increase some serious weight. Check out the one that's right for you and go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Ive been using this for a few months now and have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. It lets me either push more weight or get more reps, either way it allows me to do overload work and that is huge for growth. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone and am definitely going ot purchase the Original very shortly and once I get there, Ill order the black one as well.

The guys over at super training were gracious enough to send me a slingshot. It has now becoming my staple piece of equipment on chesty. It helps to keep my form under control when lifting heavier. Also, there is a lot less pressure on my joints and elbows. I recommend this to anyone trying to improve their bench.

At 46 I had some shoulder and elbow issues that prevented me from benching heavy. I a vid with mark bell using the slingshot and so i looked into it and in the last month I've been able to push my 1 rep max from about 245 with discomfort to 315 and no discomfort at all. It takes all the stress off my shoulder and wlbow but still massive chest pump ...just what I needed

this thing works! used it for a few weeks now and its done nothing but wonders. if you work out alone this thing is your best friend. it takes all the stress off my bad shoulder and helps my form. i recommend this product for everyone with a bad shoulder, bad form, or anyone wanting to increase their max bench. i use it for my last few sets to get that extra umph. This product works!!!! I recently lost 40 lbs and consequently my bench went down about 40 lbs. I was struggling probably due the increase in cardio and some issues with my shoulder before I lost the weight. I bought the Reactive Sling Shot to help me increase my bench press and to use for pushups. My bench press has slowly gone back up and I also use it for push-ups. Once you use it a few times and get the hang of it you start seeing the results. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who benches less than 315. Great Product!!!
