Q: Why do your bars have so few carbs?
A: As most people know, if you want to stay healthy, lose fat or build LEAN, low-fat muscle, you must control your carb intake. That's why we've worked so hard to create bars with so few grams of active carbohydrates (almost all of Quest Bar's carbs come from inert fiber which helps keep you full but doesn't skyrocket your insulin levels.)
Q: If low carb food is the key to my success, why do other nutrition bars have so many carbs or fillers?
A: Because until now, there was no other way to make a bar that tasted good and didn't rot on the shelf. We had to create a process so unique that we protected it by filing a patent. Dunno why people seem to hate on the flavor; it's pretty good compared to most stuff and Quest isn't lying kids, half the other snack protein bars out there are candy. Like Quest's stuff might be expensive, but it's quality and isn't sickeningly sweet. They don't sneak any crappy soy protein in there either, unlike way too many other "high protein" bars. I'm just happy I can order in bulk now and not pay per 1 at the store.
All the flavors are really good love the cookies and cream and the s'mores the most the oatmeal chocolate chip got a 5 cuz it broke one of my teeth -__-
Overall good buy!! Thumbs up I also think I am a little biased because cookies and cream can not go wrong, ever in my book..

Man-- these are good. I never eat a whole one at a time, maybe a third of the bar at most. Makes a perfect snack when I am really dying to stuff my body with oreos and whoopie pies.
Great macros, very good taste, I usually have 1 in the afternoon on my way home from work. Really solid product! Birthday Cake isn't a flavor option on here yet but if you find it, I highly recommend that one too!
Apple pie can't be bad right? This was way off the taste of an apple pie. Chewy tootsies roll kind of texture with a horrible aftertaste.
These bars are great tasting and healthy. I like most of the flavors but honestly the chocolate mint is my absolute favorite. I like that they are naturally sweetened and I can pronounce everything in there. I hate sugar alcohols, as a woman being gassy is extremely uncomfortable and generally I’m in close quarters with people for hours. I can eat half of one in a sitting and have no secondary protein effects without the sugar alcohol which is much appreciated...by all.
Been using the brownie but the cinnamon roll is awesome!! Would recommend this
I have tried almost all protein bars nothing matches the taste and quality of Quest protein bars, it's my absolute favourite.
Best part about Quest bars is the low carB. They also survive the heat (I Live in (Las Vegas) although it’s hard to get it out of the wrapper when it’s super hot. The texture leaves me wanting, but that’s just me. My favorite flavors are the fruit (raspberry and strawberry) and the nut (vanilla almond and cashew coconut) but in a pinch, they all are decent.
