BARS vs other bars

Quest Nutrition was created to help you pursue greatness. With one of the best nutritional profiles of any protein bar on the market we've got 20g of protein, 2-7g Active Carbs, tons of fiber, no sugar added and no junk. Most importantly they taste great! There's a reason that people can't stop talking about Quest. It's time for you to taste them for yourself!

Quest Bars

  • High-quality, bioavailable proteins
  • Ingredients you know & understand
  • No added sugar
  • Junk Free & Gluten Free
VS

Other Bars

  • Use worthless gelatin to bump up protein counts
  • Rice syrups and disguised simple carbs
  • Mysterious and harmful junk ingredients
  • Candy in disguise

Both lines have the same great nutritional profile so you can pick your preferred sweeteners!

Control Your Carbs to Reach Your Goals

Q: Why do your bars have so few carbs?

A: As most people know, if you want to stay healthy, lose fat or build LEAN, low-fat muscle, you must control your carb intake. That's why we've worked so hard to create bars with so few grams of active carbohydrates (almost all of Quest Bar's carbs come from inert fiber which helps keep you full but doesn't skyrocket your insulin levels.)

Q: If low carb food is the key to my success, why do other nutrition bars have so many carbs or fillers?

A: Because until now, there was no other way to make a bar that tasted good and didn't rot on the shelf. We had to create a process so unique that we protected it by filing a patent. That's why you won't see any other bars like ours on the market - Quest is the first truly low carb bar with no simple carbs. A perfect meal in your pocket!

Let's Be Honest

If you could eat candy all day and get lean, you probably would. Most likely, you're just like us here at team Quest; you want to feel good and look great! You work hard so the last thing you want to do is throw that away by eating other nutrition bars or meal replacement bars that are thinly disguised candy.

After years of development, Quest has been able to produce one of the world's first truly low-carb protein bars that uses only high-quality ingredients. It's real, simple food.

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR HARD WORK BY EATING OTHER NUTRITION BARS

Here at Quest, we know what it's like to pursue greatness. Our mission is to give you the foods you need to achieve your goals.

It's the perfect nutrition bar for anyone looking to get top quality protein while dropping some carbs from their diet. They're as delicious and convenient as a candy bar, while maintaining all of the nutrition of a carefully prepared meal that's packed with fiber to make you feel full and to help with digestion and weight loss.

  • 9 Apple Pie

Quest Apple Pie Bar Review TL;DR Pros High protein whey bars, Tastes great, Real apples, cinnamon, and apple pie flavorings, 200 calories, Low saturated fat, Calcium and potassium, Cons Artificial sweetener with occasion bitter taste, Malic acid used to enhance apples, Sodium is a bit up there, Includes almond and milk-derived ingredients, Nutrition So overall the nutrition label is looking pretty good. Compared to other Quest bars. the fat content is pretty normal, at 7g, but it definitely is lower on the scale of saturated fat, at only 1g. The cholesterol is the same as always, as is the sodium and potassium, with only a very minimal increase. The total carbs is 23g, 14 of which are filling fiber. It's nice to see 3g of sugar, as it makes me feel like the apples are very real in this. The erythritol is average too, as far as artificial sweeteners go. One thing that stood out to me on this bars nutrition is the adding of sugar alcohol, at 2g. I haven't seen this yet on a quest bar, however just like any artificial sweetener including erythritol, just consume it in moderation and you'll be fine. The protein is as is with any Quest bar, 20g of a milk whey blend. The vitamin panel is more or less the same as usual, with the calcium being a healthy plus. In the ingredients, everything looks safe for consumption and as the usual. The only ingredient that stood out to me is malic acid, and it appears they added this to make the apples more tangy and like a real green apple. REMEMBER, if you are lactose sensitive, or sensitive to almonds, be careful when buying this. Taste When you first bite into the bar, you notice the immediate taste of apples and cinnamon. Since they use the real versions of these in the ingredients, it is a pretty satisfying taste. Because these flavors are more prominent, you get less of the traditional Quest 'batter' flavor, and more of a sweet, spiced version of it. Kind of like a cheap crust imitation, however, although cheap it's still good. One thing I noticed in this bar, which is more or less noticeable in all quest bars, is because of the artificial flavoring, at some point in eating it you get a bitterness from the mock sugar they add. For me, in this bar, I tasted it after chewing on it for a couple seconds, but it goes away when swallowing, so that is definitely nice. In this bar, there also is a somewhat slight taste of vanilla possibly. It could just be the artificial sugar messing with me though. Texture The bar, as always, has the original Quest whey texture. The only noticeable thing in this are the somewhat moist pieces of apple. When chewing this, you definitely get larger chunks of apple, unlike the coconut cashew bar, so this is definitely a plus.

  • 5 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip
  • 6 Blueberry Muffin

The only thing I liked about these bars was that they have a decent amount of protein. I couldn't eat these every day, though. I bought 1 box of each flavor (blueberry muffin and oatmeal chocolate chip), back in March, and I have just finally finished them today. There's just something about these bars that kind of makes me nauseous while eating them. Maybe I should have chosen different flavors - I really wanted to like them, but I just couldn't!

I have tried many diff kinds of protein bars and a few are pretty good (MP Combat Crunch) but I keep coming back to the same 2 flavors of Quest Bars. They are packed with the nutrients im looking for and taste GREAT! My wife even steals them if i keep them in the house. Haha.

Not sure why these bars get such high praise... they're awful (at least from the few flavors I've tried). The Oh Yeah! One bars are sooooo much better (try the birthday cake flavor, you won't be disappointed!)

All the ones with chocolate you can easily bake for a couple of minutes and it's a great take on cookies.. The lemon, raspberry, strawberry ones are bright, light tasting, perfect for a summer day.. Not a big fan of the banana, coconut or cinnamon ones, to me they don't taste that great.. Peanut butter and jelly, mmmmm yum! They're just a great way to snack and not feel guilty about them, I eat them with dark frenc press cafésitio 🤗💟☕
