Used this to exfoliate before my tan and now I use it everyday when I shower, it's that good. Smells great and works! It's a sugar scrub consistency.
Great product
I used this the night before and right before tan application. I didn't have to use those rough exfoliating sponges. This worked awesome. It wasn't irritating to my skin either. If I don't use an exfoliator, I have parts of my base tan that flake off. This didn't happen. I am very please with this.

Directions For Get Buffed: Prior to the initial application of any Pro Tan® sunless tanning formulas, apply a generous amount of scrub onto palm of hand or cotton wash cloth while showering. Massage scrub over your entire body with a light amount of pressure. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
Warnings: For external use only. Avoid close contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
