Seems to work as I’m noticing a bit more energy. Could possibly be a placebo effect but either way I’m feeling like I have more energy. Also like the unflavored version.

I use this product after working out to help promote lean muscle growth and so I’m not as sore when I’m working out. I was scared to get back in the gym because that’s always where you’re the most sore. After using this product, I wasn’t nearly as sore as when I usually start back up the gym again. I like that you can’t taste this so I just use it with a smoothie or shake after the gym. I highly recommend this.

this is actually unflavored compared to other products. i don't mix it with water, instead I scoop it directly into my mouth and then gulp water. absolutely tasteless and perfect

I add this to my post workout smoothie and can’t tell that it’s even there, taste wise. So far so good, looking forward to seeing the longer term effects.

This is a great product. I was looking for a Glutamine solution that tastes not terrible, and that is easy to incorporate into my existing routine and I have found it with the Performix product! It tastes good and it is super easy to use. I'm looking forward to seeing the longer term results. Recommended!

This product is great for muscle recovery. I like that this product is unflavored and I can just add this into my post workout shake. It has a weird smell, but once it's blended, I don't smell it anymore.

Really easy to mix. I added it to my protein smoothie and it was as if it wasn't even there. I appreciate the lack of flavor making it easy to take with anything. I've been using this after my strength workouts.

I’d been looking for an unflavored product because you don’t always want something to be chocolate and sour apple just doesn’t taste good either. So this mixes really well into water or your liquid of choice. I’ve been using it for about a week now after workouts and have felt my recovery time shorten, like I feel better faster. So I would recommend this after your workouts. Great for me after big hikes and exercise sessions.

Great glutamine option if you’re looking for a larger dose than the pill version. Appreciate the lack of flavor since I like to mix this into my superfood supplement and some green juice. Would be nice if they could make it in a nut and gluten free environment.

This is a great product.  It tastes great and I also feel that it gives me an energy boost.  I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Glutamine solution post-workout.  I use it after both Peloton and strength workouts.  Recommended!
