I've used a tub of this product and will probably re order it. It seems to help boost my fiber levels and it blends pretty well. Price is good too. I take it in the morning with some bcaa that is flavored.

Getting fiber from real food is really a challenge for me. I never hit the recommended dose. My digesting is way better after this, and always feel fuller. I don't recommend mixing it with post-workout protein shake because it defeats the purpose of quick digestion. But through the day, i mix it with the snack shake. Also try adding it do different recipes like adding 3 tbsp to cake mix. Basically, add this with any sugary food.

This is a great product to make my protein shakes more like a meal, as I try to lose weight. No flavor, and it mixes well. I wish it had more fiber per serving- though it does have very low calories. Also, I wish that they had a larger size, as this container doesn't last me too long. But all in all a great product- good price as well.
