Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Fish, Borage and Organic Flax See Oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid. The Omega-3's, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6, GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health.* Oleic Acid, an Omega-9, has also been surmised to promote a healthy vascular system.* Supportive but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Simply easy way to get all your omegas. No smell ,no taste no fish burbs. Caps easy to swallow. Must say my hair and nails also have seen a boost in growth . Also feel as the fish oil has helped me lean out and stay somewhat ripped. Will stay with this as a staple. Now is a great company.

This is a great all-around Omega pill if you want to just take one and be done.. I see some people say that they get fish burps, I've NEVER gotten fish burps once while taking these (2 a day). My only complaint is the size of the pill is pretty big.
