Product Overview

NOW Omega 3-6-9 provides a balanced blend of two essential polyunsaturated fatty acids (and their derivatives), necessary for many bodily functions: Omega 3 oils from flaxseed and canola, one type of Omega 6 oil (GLA) from Primrose and Black Currant. Oleic Acid, an Omega 9 oil from canola and flax is a monounsaturated fat not considered essential but does play beneficial roles in human health.

Very easy to digest, has zero flavour and doesn't leave those silly fishy burps! It's pretty cleanly sourced, too. I'm a fan of NOW products!

Very nice product, especially for the price. I've been taking fish oil for years and felt kind of guilty about the environmental impact. I am also concerned about the mercury content in some fish oils so I figured flax was a no-brainer and I was right. There's no fishy taste and I think the effects are great. It may be psychological but I don't think these have helped me with the same anti-inflammatory benefits as fish oil did but it's not hindered my cardiovascular endurance which is the main reason I take Omega supplements. All in all this is a great buy.

I bought the 100 softgels and I am a huge fan of this product. First, I think it has helped my skin stay clear and soft. Also, after recovering from shoulder surgery, I think it may have helped with recovery. I have used for about a month.
