NOW's Resveratrol is promoted as a supplement to improve and maintain cardiovascular health. I started taking it some time ago for the anti-aging benefits of red wine extract. I am a 68 year old male and work out regularly and religiously. In addition to physical activity, I'm not opposed to getting all the help I can get to stay fit which does include dietary supplements. I enjoy excellent yearly physicals and attribute a lot of those results to supplements of which NOW Reseveratrol is key. For me, it has no adverse side effects. I recommend it.

2 of these a day give you 400 mg of resveratrol. it doesn't have any silly fillers like green tea,catnip, etc. you get the most resveratrol for your dollar. betcha it increases your endurance from day 1.
