Hyaluronic Acid - Double Strength

I'm so glad I purchased this product! While doing some pretty intense lower body workouts my knee one day decided to swell up like a softball! It was painful and I could barely been my knee. After 2 knee drains in one week, 1 shot of cortisone in the knee, followed by a MRI, the results showed that I had arthritis under the knee cap. This set me back 6 weeks in my lower body workouts. I also developed severe popping & clicking in my knee and it was painful just taking the stairs. I started doing research on what do weight lifters & runners do with arthritis and how they continue to workout with this condition and I came across the study of Hyaluronic Acid. I then started researching on ways to take this supplement outside of getting it injected directly in the knee; and came across this product & read many reviews from actual people taking this product. Many athletes swore by this. So I tried it. After 2 weeks I could feel a big difference! I was having less knee swelling and noticed that my knee was not popping as much. By week 3 I was only experiencing a knee click/popping noise only on the first step taking the stairs down but no popping or pain taking the stairs up or during walking. By the end of week 3 I eased back into barbell squats with lesser weight than I normally squat with and was able to do them with no pain and later my knee was not in pain and didn't swell up like a softball. This is now going on week 4 or 5 and my knee feels so much better and stronger. This product has allowed me to start doing leg extensions as well, to help build up strength in the muscles needed to help strengthen my knee. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is suffering from knee swelling and/or popping in the knee as a result of arthritis.

Hyaluronic Acid has great health benefits. I have been using it for years and it is a permanent staple in my diet.

I have very bad cracking/popping noises in my knees, especially in my right knee. I bought this product because my trainer recommended it. I have been taking it for several weeks now along with glucosamine/chondrotin. Call me crazy, call me mental...but I have seen a difference. My knees don't pop/crack as much and my leg workouts are not as rough on my knees. I am able to squat and lunge more than I use to. I highly recommend this product if you have the same issues with your joints!
