absolutely disgusting...i should've listened to some reviews on this product...it works, but doesn't mix well at all..it stays in clumps or makes a thick slush on top of your drink to where you cant even drink it. I tried mixing it by hand,blender and even shaker and same result..same your time on this product if your main concern is how it mixes..Yuck!

Added this to protein shakes and it did what it was supposed to do. Taking this helped the GI tract feel a good bit better than it had. In fact, I've felt better in the past couple of months than I have for the previous couple of years. Taking it by itself is an adventure. If you have problems with texture, then this might not be for you. It doesn't have a terrible taste, but it isn't something to rave about either. I won't be putting it on my salmon fillet for flavor.

Pros: 1. You have no idea that it is even mixed into your shake. 2. Tasteless. 3. Good amount of fiber per serving. 4. I feel lighter, more regular, and less water-filled. Cons: 1. Doesn't come with a scooper. 2. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ADD THIS TO YOUR SHAKE LAST! I DID THIS, IT CLUMPED, I TOOK ONE CHEW OF IT AND COULDN'T GET IT OFF MY TEETH!! :( 3. Becomes difficult to get the powder at the bottom, moreso a bottle design flaw - not the product's fault.

I have read millions of articles how good extra fiber is for your body. Specially for me - I am not bit lover of veggies. So decided to try. Taste - its ok. Could be worse. I just used the amount recommended at the label with half of water needed and mixed with a spoon. Yes, it can stack to the bottom or didnt mix well. But here comes cooking skills. Just continue mixing adding water and look where are still clots left. So about taste - tasteless but still has kinda herby flavour. So I just drunk more water after it. Yesterday tried mixing in shaker with protein. Not mixing well. But still ok. Watch those clots ;) but still I recommend mixing fiber first then add protein. And the biggest minus ( who knows maybe its only my body reacts like this ) but it creates lots of gases. Not the best part of the product :( I try to play with dosage - maybe less will work for me better. Any way guys, good luck with it! Hope my comment was useful.

Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Directions For Psyllium Husk Powder: Vigorously mix 1 level tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz. of water of juice and consume immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.

Warnings: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
