I have tried many Now products and I was never disappointed. Im at the end of my second bottle now and this product helped me lose some fats when combined with other fat burning ingredients like Carnitine, cla, and green tea extract. Don't expect to lose fats without excersing and paying attention to you eat. I love now products and will try their other products as well :)
