For those of you taking in a lot of protein, Liquid Chlorophyll helps balance the high acidity levels in high protein diets. In other words it alkalinizes your body and helps nutrilize the acidity from your high protein intake. I mix it at night with my Casein shake. The taste is a crisp mint and together with my chocolate shake, i get a mint chocolate shake which is very good

This is my favorite chlorophyll. It's wonderful. It doesn't have a bad taste like some I've tried, and it's much less expensive too! The only negative about it is the packaging. Make sure you use a towel when holding/opening/closing the bottle. It leaks and the chlorophyll is very dark green and stains. Besides that though - it's well worth the purchase.
