Calcium & Magnesium

The Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium makes for a great combination that is just what I'm looking for in a calcium supplement. The capsules are large, offwhite, but are not hard to swallow, as they are soft and smooth. I will continue to take this product. Written by a BBCOM Employee

Can't go wrong with quality.

It is not a sexy product like pre-workout or protein powder to review but NOW Brand calcium and magnesium is a rock solid product. It was recommended that I take calcium daily as a supplement. These soft gels have no strange odor, no after taste, and do not upset the stomach. These are large pills so if you have problems with pill size you will have to consider that. I will continue to use this brand and product. Very happy.

After dropping a close to a hundred pounds and having a life change to an active lifestyle I needed to repair years of neglect. I needed a lot of help with bone and joint resolutions. I choose this product because it also offered Magnesium in a single dose. I am training for marathon now and on my off days I am enjoying indoor climbing and I can tell this product has helped tremendously.

Good Calcium & Magnesium product, it delivers exactly what you need. I like it because it has beside calcium and magnesium also vitamin D and Zinc so they are absorbed better and faster. The pills are relative big but easy to swallow ( comparative to some big BCAA tablets) because they are coated. However I am not used to take so many tablets per day, and when you take other vitamins during the day, adding another 3 tablets of calcium and magnesium might be to much. I always took one in the morning and evening. Overall I am very satisfied with this product ( 9 / 10 ) and is also very cheap ! I mean CHEAP ! A good choice for sure for good strong bones !

Couldn't ask for a better Cal-Mag supp. Great quality product and I stress quality and cannot stress enough the importance of this feature. A must have supp for an average joe or susan or a competitive athlete. From bone and tissue strengthening to testosterone boosting capabilities in males, this product is a definite priority. Great product! By just taking one tablet a day, i am completing my calcium for the day and i have calcium in my multivitamin as well, so that is ok. This is so good product. I appreciate that NOW Calcium & Magnesium Softgels includes Vitamin D and Zinc and offers a truly balanced blend of essential minerals. This is the best calcium I have found; I originally chose it because of the calcium citrate. Although the capsules are large, they are easy to swallow for me. The added Vi. D takes care of another essential nutrient. Great supplement to keep your bones healthy and keeps cramping away.
