I've been taking this for well over a year, since I had dental work done, etc. Appeared to help heal better than without it and similar dental work. I've also noticed better bone "stability," or rather, less "splinting"/internal bone stress on heavy lifts after prolonged use.

I've been using this product for 3 weeks and it works just like the bottle says it does. I plan to buy more when I run low! I highly recommend it for women especially who lift and are post menopausal.

I Just wanted to say I love this website. The deals are great and the customer service is even better. NOW delivers as advertised. Comes with a LOT of pills. Cheap.

Had lines in my fingernails developing. Gone after one week after adding this suppliment along with potasium. Now taking 2 caps a day Cal-Mag and 2 bananas a day plus 400 IU Vitamin E and Selenium.
