This stuff is perfect for me since I have trouble drinking apple cider vinegar and its very good for dieting and many other good health benefits. The quality of this stuff is great!

If you've already learned the advantage of eating an alkaline diet, than you know why these are good for you. Personally I've been trying to incorporate as much liquid apple cider vinegar into my diet as I can, but these capsules make for a much more portable alternative when I'm not at home. If you've never used alkaline boosting effects (cayenne, vinegar, etc) they can take some time to get used to the effect on your stomach. The taste and smell might be a turn off to first time users (it grows on you after a while... I actually like it).
