I originally heard about Apple Pectin on an Episode of Doctor Oz where he recommended stacking Apple Pectin, Grapeseed Extract, and Forsklin. Generally I have a great deal of difficulty drinking large amounts of water since it flushes straight through my system. However Apple Pectin turns water into gel which helped me stay fuller longer and also helped me not go to the bathroom as much. If you are loking for an easy way to add fiber into your diet. I would certainly recommend.

This stuff is great! No cramping, BM definitely has improved, only down side is you have to be mindful to take it 30 minutes before you eat. Besides that I love this product!
