I purchased this item because I wanted something made that was not too harsh on the body. When taking this product it gave me good energy and I did not crash afterwards. It has a good taste and mixes very well without any greet. I will continue to order this product some of their other items. If you want some extra energy add the BCAA as well but I will warn you that you will be using the bathroom quite frequently that mean it is doing the job intended True Believer Atlanta, Ga Go Army
Ive used a lot of pre workout in the past and I honestly wasn't sure about this one when i bought it. I was specifically looking for one without creatine in it. The flavor is good (raspberry lemonade) not too sweet. The pump was better than i expected and it sustained throughout the entire workout without a noticeable crash. I would buy this again for sure.
The Raspberry Lemonade flavor was incredible but I was not a fan of this pre-workout overall. Every time I would take a sip, a few minuets later I would feel sick. I tried with some food in my stomach and without. The results did not change. Did not work for me and made me feel bad.
This is my go-to pre-workout for activated morning sessions without feeling like my heart is going to beat out my chest. I am not a fan of the buzz (overwhelming itching, etc.) that other products cause. This product is perfect, wakes me up just like coffee but feels cleaner. Nice, quality energy to help get the most out of my workout.
Love this pre-workout! Doesn’t make me itch but I feel energized and go harder when I use it. It’s the perfect balance of hyping you up but without making you feel like you have to scratch all over.

I love the flavor of this! I sort of like the "buzz" that other pre-workouts give, but I know most women don't like that, and this doesn't give a buzz. It's very pleasant, and I've used it for 2 years with no disappointment whatsoever. I don't think it gives any sort of an energy boost, but perhaps I work out more effectively after taking it. It's also one of the only ones that doesn't irritate my esophageal scar tissue / acid reflux. Whether it's mostly a placebo or not, I love it!

I love this preworkout so much! A lot of preworkouts leave me jittery, which I hate, but this gives me the perfect boost when I need it during my workouts. Every flavor is delicious!
I love this pre-workout! It gives me clean, sustainable energy for my workout without the jitters or feelings of anxiety that I get with other pre-workouts. I usually only use it on days when I am not feeling pumped for the gym, and this stuff gets me out of that funk. Guava Passion is good, but on the tart side (which made it hard to drink on certain days).
When I phase off my thermos I start using preworkout for early morning fasted cardio. I love how uplift ignites my body and gives me the perfect amount of energy in the mornings without feeling like Im bouncing off the walls. The raspberry lemonade flavor is delicious and can also be used to make a healthy cocktail as well!

Directions For Uplift: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with (5.5 grams) with 4-8 ounces of cold water and consume 20-30 minutes before beginning activity. This is to be done the first three (3) times using “UPLIFT ®”. Under no circumstances should any of the warnings be ignored. Beginning with the 3rd time using UPLIFT ®, dose may be increased by, but not more than ½ of a scoop (2.75 grams). The ideal individual dose may vary between 1-2 scoops. †
Warnings: This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medication or have any medical issue.
