Starting with the flavor, well it was okay. I mixed it in 6oz and flavor still tasted light to me. Wish it were a bit sweeter and a bit more concentrated. Mixed well, no clumps or foam. Texture was on the thinner side (prefer thick). Profile is otherwise good. 1g carbs and 20g protein. Except for the flavor, the product itself is very good. Just would suggest trying some other flavors.

Thanks to Heizz and the kind folks at MyProtein I received a sample of impact whey in salted caramel to try. I’ve never been a huge salted caramel fan in any form but I have to say this powder tasted really good. I mixed it with a cup of water and it had a nice sweet caramel taste which is good because I do have a sweet tooth on occasion. I imagine it tastes just as good if not better mixed with regular or almond milk. It mixed well in my shaker with no clumping at all. The macros were pretty good too with 18 grams of protein and minimal carbs and fat for 95 calories. All in all I was happy with impact whey and would certainly buy it in the future, but I would try a different flavor since they have a lot of flavors that sound delicious, like French toast and glazed donut.

I was a little bummed that I got chocolate - probably my least favorite flavor out of any protein! And MyProtein has so many delicious sounding flavors. Macros on the Chocolate Smooth are good, 19g protein in 100 calories. Not as high of a protein percentage as an isolate but very good for a standard whey, with only 2 g each of fat and carbs. I first put it in coffee. I don't know why, but that was not the right move. The flavors did not seem to mix well together. Next I gave it a shot at pancakes. These were REALLY good. Not too sweet, they cooked up nicely. Next, in Oatmeal. This was also delicious. The right amount of sweetness! Overall, it works and it tastes good in certain uses. I still have to try a mug cake, but I can give this a solid 8/10. The one thing I would love is for the Leucine content to be displayed on the nutrition, as adequate leucine is what really helps with Muscle Protein Synthesis.

Wow what can I say. Should be a 0/10 but there's no option for that so here we go. The worst thing I have ever had. Gave me a headache every time. Had to drink it in the bathroom just in case I spewed everywhere. I couldn't recommend anything less. Whoever made this should be fired and quartered. Chocolate Smooth was good.

mix 7/10 there are deffinitely some that mix better but it is ok nutrition 8.5/10 it is up there with the best some are a few grams lower on protein per serving flavor for mint chocolate its 9/10 flavor was like those chocolate mint girl scout cookies 5/10 for snickerdoodle tasted nothing like snickerdoodle 6/10 for french toast it was ok but just had a milk vanilla taste 7/10 for chocolate caramel pretzel just tasted like chocolate slight caramel flavor 6/10 for canadian maple had a little maple like taste but also tasted just weird 4/10 for glazed donut just not good 9/10 for salted caramel taste just like it says 7/10 for boston cream pie just tasted like chocolate 8/10 for butter pecan has a buttery pecany toffee like taste good in yogurt

I am writing this review based on the UNFLAVORED version of this powder. I can't see the unflavored on the list, so I picked a random flavor instead. The TASTE is not good, unless you bake with this. I tried mixing this with different things and didn't like any of it. It did make some awesome pancakes though, so I am assuming it would behave very well in the stove. The MIXABILITY is very good. It mixes very well in 10oz water per scoop, as suggested on the label. The PROFILE is good. No real complains there. The PRACTICALITY of an unflavored powder is just not there for me. Unless you bake with this, it makes no sense to buy it in my opinion. I would go with a flavor variety instead. The PRICE is very good, at about $.90 per scoop. OVERALL, this is a good product that I would recommend, but you should go with a flavored variety.

One of the best proteins on the market! Chocolate smooth and strawberry cream are both bomb flavors. Cookies and Cream is extremely sweet and not very reminiscent of cream or cookies but hey it's a difficult flavor to get spot on anyways

Bought a 10LB bag for 50$, and has lasted me an incredably long time. The protein does not mix well with a blender ball for some reason, but mixes great without one, makes it more conveinent to just mix and go. I like the flavor taste great with milk, but also tastes great with just water.

This flavor is terrible. It tastes like it is sour, no matter what I mix it in. I love the chocolate though.

I'd say that the product is good and cheap, taste is also above average. I've used this for a while and seen good results. HOWEVER, you have to hope that NOTHING goes wrong during the order process. Corners are cut for customer service - for example, unlike the usual online store protocol where customers are given a window to cancel the order, MyProtein claims they ship out the order immediately and any order cannot be cancelled. The subsequent cancellation process becomes a nightmare - anywhere else including on is simple, you make a mistake - you cancel immediately and your card is never charged. Here, you have to chase their customer service officers, all of whom do not talk to each other. One will say that they can get the courier to get the item back, the other says that nothing can be done. I guess "customer service" to MyProtein means that "customers" do the "service". :)

I've just gone through 3 ten serving bags of this Impact Whey and the ingredient profile is actually pretty good without a lot of unnecessary ingredients. The only thing is that the store and the bags I received have the wrong cholesterol amount listed and it shows NO cholesterol which is incorrect and if you go to MY Protein site you'll see it has 65mg of cholesterol per serving so it's strange how My Protein or haven't had this corrected. The protein is a pure whey concentrate so if your lactose intolerant than you might want to go with the isolate version but I had no stomach issues at all consuming this concentrate. The powder mixes up good with no clumping or particles but you get just a bit of foam which really didn't have any type of negative impact when drinking it as a shake. The Mocha flavor for me gets a 9/10 on taste and it was a very good combo of about 60% choc and 40% coffee flavor and I enjoyed it in everything I combined it with such as water for shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt, and in a recipe in the kitchen. The Vanilla is a straight up flavor with no taste of cake batter, ice cream, or butter cream so it's decent if straight vanilla is your thing and this flavor got a 7.5/10 on taste and it is good for baking recipes in the kitchen. The 3rd and final flavor was Cookies & Cream and this was unique cause it didn't have any little cookie pieces like your traditional C&C flavor has but it did manage to have a decent cookie flavor to it but the cream part was overly bitter so that really took away from enjoying the flavor in a shake so this gets a 6/10 rating for the flavor. Overall I definitely will be buying the Mocha in the future and I'm also looking forward to trying a few of the other unusual flavors that My Protein puts out and again for a pure whey concentrate protein this turned out to be pretty good and the price point is also a good selling feature.

This Protein powder is actually insane. The taste is lovely and the delivery was very quick. Use this code: GYTIS-R3E to get 33% of your offer :)
