good joint product!

I suffer from sore shoulders and elboes and I have a damaged knee. While taking these as directed alot of the pain is alleviated so I'm able to lift hard and remain functional at work.

I sliced up my knee pretty bad and used this to help speed the recovery process. It will also help with sore lower back(from lifting). Just use as directed when needed

I was turned on to this supplement by my local protein shop because my fingers were aching. Even though it seemed be helping me a great deal, I let it run out. (Partly because half of our income is an unemployment check.) A short time after running out, I was having significant pain in my elbow and ended up in an orthopedic surgeon's office. At this time, I had re-ordered, but it hadn't arrived yet. I asked the doctor about this product. He said there was no medical reason it should, or could work. He said if it made me feel better to take it, but he wasn't convinced it was anything but a placebo. After sending me home with a diagnosis of arthritis: take advil; my order came through the door. With a sense of apprehension, I started taking it and am feeling magnificent. Maybe it's in my mind, but it's helping. I'm giving it a high rating and recommendation. I have found it's worth the money.
