This is a great nitric oxide precursor. At the moment, I only take before my workouts (with results that speak for themselves), but plan on adding to my daily supplement regime and can't wait for the results.

I am on my first bottle of this product and already have seen the results that is states. I do seem to get a much better pump with this and the pump seem to last longer in the day after my workout. I also think this product works great to open the vascular system to help get my post workout supplements into my system faster. Again Muscletech delivers on a great product.

I was happy to get to try this out, I'm actually using it for something other than most of you because arginine is said to be beneficial for helping females with balancing hormones back out when they've lost their cycle, which is my current circumstance. No bad effects noticed, been taking it daily with vitamins.

I am a first timer to the L-Arginine, but it seems to boost my energy when working out. The first time I took it, was about 30 minutes before my workout. I didn't notice any effects until about 30 minutes into my workout. All of a sudden I felt a rush of extra energy. I now take it twice a day, once in the morning and an hour before my workout. I do feel a greater amount of pump during my workouts than I had noticed before I started taking it.
