6 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
  • The BCAAs are three amino acids—leucine, isoleucine, and valine—that share a common structure.
  • Research suggests that leucine is the most critical after workouts because it stimulates muscle protein synthesis (i.e., muscle growth) by activating the mTOR complex.* It also supports the body’s natural insulin release, which drives more amino acids, creatine, and carnitine from Post JYM Active Ingredients Matrix into your muscle cells.*
  • Having a 3:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine to valine in a post-workout product, such as in Pre JYM, provides an extra bit of leucine for to help boost muscle growth without compromising the critical role that isoleucine and valine play in this process.*
2 grams of Creatine HCL
  • Many studies suggest that creatine supplementation leads to significant gains in muscle strength and power, as well as muscle growth.*
  • Creatine HCl is made by attaching a hydrochloride (HCl) group to creatine.

2 grams of Carnipure L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
  • Studies suggest that L-carnitine L-tartrate supplementation enhances recovery after exercise with as little as 1 gram.* The better recovery is likely due to carnitine’s ability to promote nitric oxide (NO) production and therefore increase blood flow to recovering muscles, as well as its ability to help induce an increase in muscle oxygen consumption.*

The flavor was great. I only took it once and can not say anything bad about the functionality of the product. I can just tell you to consider buying it twice if you are sensitive to the taste of artificial sweeteners. I would keep taking it, but I have been trying to get the funky taste out of my mouth all morning and it is just not going away.

I’ve been lifting / exercising for 14 years and the last 5 years have taken PreJym, PostJym and ProJym. PostJym has made a huge difference in recovery for me. My workouts are intense and I’m always feeling good for the next day to workout while using it. Most people just take BCAA post workout and spend the same amount as PostJym but don’t get all the other ingredients PostJym provides which is mind blowing. PostJym is the best post workout supplement on the market and it’s not even close. The Mandarin Orange is great especially if you want to mix it with Vanilla Bean ProJym. Rainbow Sherbet tastes like melted skittles. And Lemonade is amazing in the summer. My top 3 flavors for post.

Love Jym products. Instead of paying more by purchasing separate supplements, there is everything you need in one, with proper dosing. Pre Jym is the same way, and you feel the difference with each workout, great stuff.

This product is absolutely critical for recovery. If you are taking pre jym you should absolutely be taking post jym because after working out your body is primed and ready for ingredients like creatine, beta alanine, etc. The product really helps with soreness and the flavors are really good. Watermelon is my all time favorite! On workout days I’ll mix with jym protein and fast acting carbs for post workout shake. On non workout days I take post jym to further enhance recovery and keep my muscles saturated with creatine, taurine, beta alanine, and betaine.

Post jym definitely works as advertised, my soreness isnt as bad and goes away much faster and the taste really is awesome. The only issue I have with it is usually 45-60 minutes after consuming I find myself speed-waddling to the bathroom to shoot liquid out my backside. And this is not a quick one and done. I will have to go, finish, then 5-10 minutes later repeat the process. For the benefits it is hard to say if this is worth the constant a** fountain. Loved the recovery, hated the squirts.

I have been using the Pre Jym, Pro Jym and Post Jym on a stack now for a couple weeks and it has been wreaking havoc on my bowels. I am not sure if it is because it is “cleansing” me or if my body just doesn’t agree with it. I literally am having straight liquid come out of my a-hole about an hour or hour and a half after my workouts and am going to the toilet 4-5 times a day now. I am using it as directed. Mixing Pre Jym with water, letting it set for 15 minutes, drinking it over the course of 15 minutes and consuming it 30 minutes before my workouts. Pro Jym is mixed with non-fat milk and consumed 30 minutes after work out. Post Jym is mixed with water, let stand for 15 minutes and then consumed directly after my Pro Jym and within 40-45 minutes after my workout. No other supplement stack I have ever taken has done this to me. For now, it isn’t too bad because I can be close to a bathroom at all times, but that won’t always be the case. Additionally, the Pre Jym doesn’t seem like it gives me the energy for my pumps. I had been taking NeuroCore pre-workout and while it did give me the jitters and made me feel like I wanted to claw my face off sometimes, it worked amazing in the gym when pumping some weight. Pre Jym doesn’t feel like that and I feel like I am falling flat on my pumps. I think that once I have used up the product that I currently have of the Jym line, I won’t be ordering again. Probably a good product, and probably better for me as opposed to other stuff I have been using, but I like results and I want to feel good about what I am using. Right now, I just don’t feel good with Jym.
