Great stuff. Have taken for years. Along with some of Irwin Naturals other products, it has the SAW PALMETTO, Milk Thistle, and Stinging Nettle that seems to really help with Prostate issues. Most men's vitamins I've seen don't have all three. The price for the 120 count is the best I've found on Body Building.com

I would use this product for life if you reduce the amount of Thiamine, B6, and B12 in this product. This would be a great product like many others that overload certain vitamins like B6 which could cause nerve damage.

I feel a lot better day to day. My energy level has been constantly up at work to the gym. I have to get up really early so I need something to help the morning fog. I like to think this is giving me a good balance of nutrients especially the super green blend in it. I think that's really important being that I have had stomach problems. It has helped me with that. Other vitamins give me cramps and constipation. This is easier to digest.

Great product. Minimal overlapping of nutrients that don't work well together, i.e. magnesium and calcium. I get plenty of calcium from whey powder and diet, and take a ZMA before bed. Great additions like botanicals, anti oxidants and Omega acids (don't need a separate supp). I don't follow the dosage exactly. I take two after my post w/o meal, and two after dinner. I believe this keeps a constant flow of goodies into my bloodstream, and I am 240lbs and am usually going from 5am to 8pm, so I am sure I'm using the extra nutrients. Easy to swallow. Highly recommended.

one of the best multis in the market. really felt the effects as a boost of energy and increased focus. most of the time i took 1 or 2 gels not the full dose

I was looking for a new multi vitamin and thought I would try this one based on all of the different areas that it covered. Bottom line is that I should have done more research first before buying as my experience with this was not good. 1. I took it as recommended for about 10 days and it gave me stomach pains, constipation and bloating. I have never had side effects from any other multi vitamins. (My diet and other supplements did not change during this time other than the multi vitamin that I switch from GNC Mega Men Sport) 2. Did more research on this product and found many troubling things such as the 2 million plus fine for lead in their products, Cali Prop 65 warning on the label and a less than stellar reputation of the owner Klee Irwin.

It has a good profile I'll give it that but unfortunately on my 2nd I read some REALLY crappy stuff in it. Nicotinic acid, known as Vitamin B3 known commonly as niacin maybe useful in reducing cholesterol buildup and hence reduced gallstones. There is a big distinctive difference between vitamin B3 called Niacinamide and Nictonic Acid. Do not use niacinamide as it is harmful to certain enzymes in suppressing SIR2 enzymes, use only nicotinic acid. evidence shows also that a deficiency in nicotinic acid might have something to do with gallstones. My previous multi actually had Nictonic Acid, apparently it is a bit more expensive to put in but from what I can see why put in Niacinamide if it does pure harm instead of good? I think its just a cover so you can put in Vit B3 in the list of stuff you have got in your product. Unfortunately most multi's I've found on here do the same :( , Some have a mix, at least I guess that's better but still not good enough for me anyhow. ******** Edit After much research (I'm a nutritionist and PT for a living) I assumed (which was my first big mistake) that coming from whole foods meant that. But the vitamins used in this are the cheapest and in synthetic form. For example Vitamin E They use in this product is the cheap synthetic alpha-tocopherol acetate version which can actually cause MORE problems than solve ( well known in nutrition circles to drastically deplete the natural carotenoids in the liver.) The B12 these guys use is cyancobalamine This is a cyanide B-12 vitamin and is very toxic. The body cannot use it. It is poison. The B-12 to use is methyl cobal amine which is highly absorbable. I've now switched to Garden Of Life: Vitamin Code-Men as I know its 100% foods and not marketed as whole foods that is mixed with other synthetic crap. I'ts the only good one pretty much I can find on here that BB.com sells without going off the site.

It's hard to review multi-vitamins, because there's not really much to say. I don't feel bad when I don't take them, and don't feel exponentially better when I do, so...what can I say? I like this multivitamin because it has a bunch of stuff in it, but not to the ridiculous amounts that the "bodybuilding" ones do...so I like to take it on rest or light days, when I can't imagine that I need ten billion percent of this or that. This multi is pretty cheap, and the recommended dose is only three pills, so people that have a problem swallowing pills (which I don't) won't have a problem. Not much else to say. It's cheap and seems good for use on normal days.
