Good and quality product!!

Not sure about how they claim this improves your memory, but i do believe that the amino acids in this product along with some of the natural herb extracts help with concentration. This is a product that should be kept in the bottle and not in a pill dispenser.(found this out, because it made all of the other pills and vitamins smell like fish). I do notice increased concentration while taking this product so i will continue to use it.

I needed some help in "unfogging" my mind. I knew that going into this new eating/fat loss plan I wouldn't be able to do it with my brain feeling tired and slow. I started taking the Ginko Smart Caps and I noticed a big difference within a week. I finished that bottle and immediately went out and bought another. I'm staying on them.

This stuff works. I notice that I am WAY more focused and concentrated on whatever I am doing when I take 2 gelcaps at a time. Don't really notice a difference when taking it with or w/out food. It really helps for school work and also if you have problems daydreaming in class like I do, it will keep you more focused on what the professor/teacher is saying. Trying taking this before your workout, especailly if you're an athlete and know that you have a hard training session to do. Just bought my second bottle...
