What is my tracking number?

When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We've partnered with multiple regional and national carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we'll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. Once you click on the link provided in the email and are directed to the tracking page, you may notice an icon at the bottom of the page that says “Convey.” Convey is our trusted third-party tracking service. Convey also offers SMS or email notifications on your order, which you can enable from your tracking page.

If you don't receive the email or have misplaced your tracking number, it can be found on our site by doing the following:

  1. Hover over the Store menu at the top of the page, hover over Help & Order Status, and then click Account Management from the menu on the right.
  2. For security purposes, login to your account by entering your username and password. If you do not have an account, unfortunately you won't have access to your order and tracking information through the site.
  3. On the My Account page, click Order History. This page lists all your previous orders with the most recent at the top of the page.
  4. Click the order number for the order you'd like to review. Tracking details, including the tracking number, ship date, status, and more, are all listed along with up-to-date delivery information.

If you ordered an item that was shipped directly from the vendor, unfortunately tracking information may not be available. If you have not received your order by its expected arrival date, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Note: It can take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If tracking information is not available, please wait 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped.

International Shipments:

Depending on your country, international shipments may have full tracking information available; however packages shipped with certain regional or international carriers are not assigned tracking numbers. If you prefer to have a tracking number, be sure to choose either the Economy or Priority shipping option when completing your order.

Note: On average, orders take 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system. However in some situations, it can take three to eight business days for an order to receive an initial update and updates may differ depending on the destination country. If tracking information is not available, please allow 24 business hours from the time the order was shipped for the system to update.
