I've only used it about 5 times now, but it seems pretty sturdy. Adjusting is easy and it's been pretty comfortable. I only gave it a 9 because it's not gold-plated.

Seemed great when I got it, but it broke on only the THIRD use with 45 lbs. If it can't even handle 45 lbs, then what's the point?

I use this to strengthen my neck for wrestling/bjj/mma. This is the best neck harness I've ever used. It is extremely comfortable without any chaffing and is the perfect length even for my height of 5'7". Highly recommended if you're looking to develop power in your levator scapulae muscle. It hits the trapezius muscle, but deadlifts or shrugs seem to work better for me. Build that power look, build your neck!

I bought this harness a while back and have used it a handful of times and must admit it looked like good quality when I first got it, but I was using it today and the threads that hold it together ripped. The part that ripped is where they sewed the two pieces of nylon together, the worst part is I wasn't even lifting heavy, I had a 25 lb plate! Total junk, I'm going with a different company for my next one.

It has been my experience that Harbinger products are all excellent quality, and are well worth the money if you care about buying quality gear that will last. I already owned an Everlast head harness, but it was not adjustable, and it was pretty flimsy. The Harbinger head harness is definitely an upgrade. It is adjustable, and the padding means that it's comfortable to wear. The only fault that I find with it, is that the chain they used on it is overkill; so much so, that it's over sized for the application, and so it can be a little tricky to center the weight plate on the chain compared to the smaller chain that my old head harness uses. But I guess it's not really a big deal for something that I know will probably last a lifetime.
