I've had this product for 5+ years and have not had any issues with it. It's great to keep in my desk to use as a stress reduction and to improve grip strength outside the gym

One of the plastic grips broke after normal usage making the product unusable...

It came cracked down the middle on the ridge side of the grip. The foam grips slide and don't stay in place. I would spend some more money and get a decent hand grip. This is too cheaply constructed. I've used 99cent metal coiled ones that are way more durable than this handgrip. Couldn't be more disappointed with this purchase. Refund?

I keep this "stress reduction tool" in my desk for the right moments. If I get irritated or stressed for what ever reason I just start squeezing away! Some times if I think about changing things up I do different types of grip workouts (I know it's corny): 3 sets-20 reps, or 1 set as many as possible, or 3 sets-1 rep holding for a time limit, or etc. ..You get the idea. Functionality: 10 Durability/build quality: 6 The rubberized grip for the fingers tab is sliding one day after I received it. Could be a big problem very shortly. Overall: 8

Decent product. I got this to strengthen my grip to try and get away from using straps, and you can get a pretty good grip workout. The tension is pretty low, so even for someone like me, with medium sized hands and weak grip strength, I can close the grip completely. The handle is pretty comfortable, but given the large amount of reps I do with it because of the limited tension, it can make my hands pretty sore after repetitive use. (pinching sore, not good muscle sore) I have only tried less comfortable products though- so this could be as good as it is going to get!
