Finding a vitamin D supplement that comes in a capsule form is hard to do! This easy to swallow with no scent or flavor also has K2! Great combo.

Vitamin 1 and it is absorbed by 99% only with Vit K. Lutshe should be taken in combination with calcium! Vit D is a hormone-like vitamin. Its lack is very critical for the body.

I'm not usually a fan of supplements due to the ingredients used to make the capsules, but these do not have any synthetic chemicals. The capsule includes rice flour and veggie capsule. A significant number of adults are vitamin D deficient especially those who live in the Northeast and during the winter. This capsule contains a TON of vitamin D. I probably wouldn't recommend taking it daily as it contains 125mcg which is equivalent to 4000-5000IU. For muscle strength, you need 2000IU daily so I'd probably take this every other day. I also like that it contains K2 which helps with absorption of calcium in the body along with vit D.

Evl has the best supplements bone support and I love the combination of vitamins D3 & K2. It really helps my bones support.

Great product to add to my other vitamins. i take them in the morning with my breakfast. no funny taste would recommend.
