It’s great that I can just take this supplement instead of having to drink a cup of green tea. I’m not a fan of coffee but there are still mornings that I need a little caffeine and let’s be honest, not every morning allows me to enjoy a cup of green tea. This lets me just take a pill and get the energy of caffeine.
