Cinnamon Bun tastes pretty good. I think i prefer it with milk, but with water tastes good as well. I was last expecting a little more icing flavor, but it’s still really cinnamony. I can’t complain too much overall, but I prolly won’t buy again.

They changed the formula. This tastes watery. Nutrition info different as well. Have been using this for years - had a great taste. Comparing this to the old packaging, Dymatize increased the artificial sweeteners, carbs (2->3), decreased sodium (sodium 250-180mg) increased potassium (320->410mg) and decreased the calcium from 70% -> 45%. Physically, the label changed and they reduced the scooper to half the size (good). I'm not sure how the calories stayed the same, since they increased the carbs (it should have moved from 126 -> 130). Overall, they may have made this product a bit healthier, but they sure ruined the flavor. Going to try some alternatives from other manufacturers.

I am surprised this product's overall average review is only 8.7 and the vanilla flavors average is 7.5. This casein product mixes well, and the vanilla flavor tastes almost as well as Blue Bell ice vanilla ice cream (when combined with milk). It is my go-to breakfast every morning and my evening drink on days I lift. This flavor surpasses all the flavors in Dymatize's whey products. I have been using this product for over ten years.

I have ordered this in chocolate every chance I got since 2013. No other brand beats dymatize chocolate casein as far as taste preference is concerned.

Watch out people with a small stomach: one serving is a very very big scoop and it takes ages to consume. Watch out for the sweeteners - they make it slightly smothering. Cinnamon bun is so bad. One of the guys I read in the reviews here said it tastes like air freshener and this cannot be a better depiction. Good to smell, but you do not want to eat it. Man go get chocolate or vanilla or something conventional flavours. Casein especially, has generally a worse flavour profile than whey and it is very hard for companies to try to get the correct flavour. So stick with the conventional, and please just don't get this flavour.

I am basing this review as compared to Optimum Nutrition which is by far the best Casein I have ever used or tasted. This is good but grittier and not as chocolatey as Optimum. Most of the time this is a cheaper casein so if your on a budget this is a good product and I do recommend this casein.

Delicious! I started taking Dymarize Casein before bed with a tablespoon of peanut butter about 4 months ago. Happy to say it has not led to drastic weight gain and I recently PR’d my bench press for the first time in four years. I feel great when I wake up and there is no doubt in my mind this product has helped greatly!

Dymatize will always be one of my go to protein supplement brands. Rich Chocolate Casein tastes great and satisfies that late night chocolate craving. I was looking for something different and decided to give Cinnamon Bun a try, Bad Idea! This cinnamon flavored awfulness is sooo sweet it's practically unbearable. I'm as frugal as they come so I'm going to gut it out and finish this 4 pound tub but when it's gone I'm going switch back to chocolate fo sho.

First time I mixed with 10oz of water. It was so thick it was so hard for me to drink it. The second time I mixed with 12 oz of water and a few ice cubes. SO MUCH BETTER! it’s delicious and just the right consistency. Keeps me full. I use this on nights before I train fasted the next morning

I love cinnamon buns, so when I saw this was a flavor for protein powder, I was super excited. The cinnamon bun protein powder shipped super fast to me and tasted awesome. I mixed it with coffee and the flavor combo was amazing. When I mixed it with water it kind of tasted like the milk leftover after eating a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch, which is not a bad thing. I would recommend this for sure.

Absolutely love this product. I have never taken Casein before but after adding this to my regimen with ISO 100 I will never go back. I have seen my best results from the gym since April when I started taking this. Mixes well and the chocolate is a perfect flavor!

The Cinnamon bun and cookies and cream are great. I have had the chocolate and before where Ienjoyed both as well. 10/10. mixes good, especially when I use a magic bullet. I could drink the cinnamon bun one as a desert it is so good. I have been buying this stuff for 2 years straight and do not plan on changing it up. The only con is it could be a bit cheaper.

Chalkier than an albino in a flour factory lol. Its drinkable. Mix it in a shaker like a madman with water or milk and you can make it work for you. I got cinnamon bun to drink for breakfast. I go about 4 hours or so without eating in the mornings so I need it in the AM with some good carbs like a bagel for breakfast. That holds me over til lunch. It does its job, but it isn't as enjoyable to drink as regular whey. That's casein for ya, though. It's OK in the world of Caseins, just a b***h to mix.
